CJCollects currently ships within the UK only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.

Standard tracked UK delivery is £3.99, with free delivery on orders over £50. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days, with estimated delivery within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

CJCollects offers a 14-day returns period for eligible change-of-mind returns in accordance with UK consumer law. Sealed TCG products must remain unopened and in their original condition for change-of-mind returns. Different rules may apply to opened products, singles, and graded cards.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact CJCollects as soon as possible. These issues are handled separately from change-of-mind returns, and applicable customer rights will be respected.

CJCollects provides email-only customer support. You can contact us using the official CJCollects email address provided on the website. Support hours are Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, although emails may be answered outside these hours where possible.
